I'm living here currently and am leaving the second my lease is up. I've seen several instances of physical violence to the point where cops are called, people will get ladders and steal from the balconies on the second floor (seriously....ridiculous). They will take advantage of you every chance they get and YOU WILL regret living here.

The property was in an up market area based on the cost per... Neat, clean and stunning beaches with activities. Beautiful tour of table mountain, boulders beach, Cape Point and Cape of Good Hope. Easy to get around in an uber, with plenty of restaurant options. Located on the Cape of Good Hope, the city was founded in 1652 by a Dutch trading company as a way-station for ships travelling to the East Indies. We knew nothing about the place yet, and now after living here, they definitely do NOT deserve anywhere near 5 stars. The pool is the only relaxing thing about this place, and basically every complex in FL has a pool. Management is extremely rude and unwilling to accommodate, they just continue to raise their prices without offereing anything to the tenants. Also, don't expect maintenance to show up anytime soon if you report any type of issue. When we moved in, the blinds were broken and they wouldn't replace them!!! They told me I had to, so I went to Walmart and purchased $40 blinds when I never even caused any damage.
The University of South Florida is located about 65 miles south in Tampa. Dolphins, manatees, alligators, turtles and plenty more animals are found living in the water. Homosassa Springs is a very small area, but there are many things to do in the surrounding cities, mainly in natural areas and waterways.
